The general terms and conditions of the Ged design website have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2). The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Ged design Robert Horvat s.p., with its registered office at Brezovica 5, 8220 Šmarješke Toplice (hereinafter: Ged design) or to all legal and business relations between Ged design and the client, except when Ged design and the client agree in writing to apply different terms of business.

We recommend that you read the general terms and conditions carefully before using our website, as they are binding on you from the moment you enter our website. It is considered that you are acquainted with and agree with the entire content of the general terms and conditions of business with every request or order made through our website. Ged design reserves the right to make any changes to the general terms and conditions without special notice. The changes are valid from the moment of publication and are binding on the user.

The website is accessible every day, 24 hours a day. Due to various technical reasons, access to the website is sometimes not possible. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website for a definite or indefinite period of time.


The client submits the order by e-mail. By placing an order in writing, the client is aware of the terms of business and accepts them in full. A legally formally valid order includes an e-mail and a purchase order. By placing an order, you, as the client, agree to our terms of business and undertake to settle your obligations within the time limit and in accordance with the terms.


Ged design delivers the ordered order within ten working days, unless otherwise agreed. In the case of larger or more demanding orders, the delivery time is extended in accordance with the scope or complexity of the order, of which Ged design notifies the customer in writing (via e-mail). The customer can pick up the order at the headquarters of Ged design or Ged design sends the order by post to the customer’s address.


Responsibility for all material delivered by the customer to Ged design (files, graphics, photos, text, etc.) for the implementation of the service (design, production, etc.) is the responsibility of the customer. If the provided material violates the copyright law, the client is responsible for it.


All prices on the website and given via e-mail are stated in EUR and do not include 22% VAT. Ged design charges all its services in accordance with the submitted offer, namely on the day of the service. Design and graphic preparation are charged according to the time spent, based on the valid hourly rate at 30-minute intervals. Before confirming the order as a customer, request an exact offer or. calculation of costs, otherwise we are not responsible for complaints about the cost of services.


The privacy statement defines the collection and use of data.

When browsing websites, the server on your computer stores pieces of information in a so-called cookie that are not of a personal nature and are used to make the website more user-friendly. When you close all web browsers on your computer, you also destroy all cookies that the web has temporarily stored on your computer. You can instruct your browser to alert you each time a server sends you a cookie, or change its settings to prevent it from accepting cookies.

In order to send an inquiry via the contact form on the website, you must enter your data, for which we need your permission in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. When sending a message via the contact form, we will use the entered e-mail address exclusively for contacting for the purpose stated when sending the request. We will not pass on personal data to third parties. At any time you can request that we delete your contacts, in this case write to us at the e-mail address


Ged design is not obliged to keep graphic files that are sent to the client to confirm the service or the final graphic products (eg graphic design of labels, design of labels and tags, photographs, etc.).


The deadline for product complaints is 8 days, in case of a defect on your products, which was caused by the company Ged design. Complaints after this deadline will not be considered. Complaints for products that have not been properly stored cannot be considered.

It is the responsibility of the client to carefully review the graphic design sent by e-mail by Ged design before printing/production. After confirmation of the final design, subsequent changes are no longer possible or are associated with additional costs. Printing services are performed based on the files sent by the client. Color or other changes must be properly marked in the file or clearly stated in the order, otherwise they are not taken into account. Ged design is not responsible or liable for any errors that the client has overlooked, nor for any spelling errors in the text.


The client undertakes to pay Ged design for the services provided no later than 30 days (unless otherwise stipulated in the contract) from the issue of the goods. In case of non-payment after 30 days, Ged design has the right to charge the customer, upon prior notice, interest. The client undertakes to settle any costs incurred with late payment.


When placing an order, the client is fully acquainted with the General Terms and Conditions and fully agrees with them. In the event of resolving a possible complaint or agreement, written communication between the parties is crucial, so please send us your order in writing after a personal visit or telephone conversation. If any disputes are not resolved amicably, the court has jurisdiction.

The General Terms and Conditions of Ged design are valid from 1st January 2020 until revoked.
