Using the Doming system with a special process of pouring polyurethane resin on plain or digitally printed labels, we achieve a three-dimensional appearance, which gives the labels a higher added value. The two-component polyurethane resin does not turn yellow over time and is very durable and resistant to scratches, shocks and weather. The labels treated with this process have very good UV and mechanical protection.
With state-of-the-art machine doming, the labels are domed very precisely and evenly. Machine doming allows the production of large quantities of labels in a short time. We can produce larger batches of labels or just a few pieces. At your request we can send you samples. For digital printing, we use the latest Roland solvent digital printer, which enables sharp lines and vibrant shades.
